Are you an expert in PA (Public Address) systems with a passion for technical leadership? Join Highsky IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a PA System Technical Lead and take charge of designing, managing, and optimizing high-performance communication systems across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of PA systems for various client requirements.

Ensure seamless integration with related systems such as CCTV, EPABX, and networking.

Oversee maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 system reliability.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, and field service engineers.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements for system upgrades.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in designing and managing PA/public communication systems.

Strong understanding of audio systems, amplifiers, microphones, control units, and system topology.

Experience with integration into building management systems, CCTV, EPABX, or IT networks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Relevant certifications or training in PA systems and AV technologies (preferred).
