Job Overview:
Highsky IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced full time Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruiter with expertise in hiring for enterprise applications, SAP, data, and infrastructure-related positions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing top talent and managing client recruitment processes, ensuring seamless hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SAP, data, and IT infrastructure roles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using technical evaluation methods.
- Ensure hiring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
2. Client Recruitment Process Management
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and expectations.
- Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and hiring strategies.
- Facilitate client interviews, feedback collection, and follow-ups to maintain a smooth hiring process.
- Provide periodic recruitment reports to clients, including progress updates and talent pipeline insights.
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Implement AI-driven sourcing strategies and leverage recruitment automation tools.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding
- Negotiate salary packages and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting
- Track key hiring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction rates.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Experience: 2 -3 years in technical recruitment, specifically for SAP, data, and IT infrastructure roles.
✔ Client-Facing Experience: Ability to manage client recruitment processes and deliver high-quality candidates.
✔ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise applications, SAP modules, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

✔ Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to work with hiring managers, HR teams, and external clients.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Experience recruiting for SAP S/4HANA, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps, cybersecurity, and enterprise data roles.
2) Knowledge of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) models and vendor management systems.
3) Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and data-driven hiring strategies.
4) Prior experience in staffing agencies or consulting firms with client-focused hiring.
